- Autumn is approaching and parts of the garden are looking at their very best. Join me a tour of all the different areas and the various plants that are growing and blooming, and also see how the pond is developing. We’ll be checking out my houseplants and seeing how many tomatoes I have - spoiler: just the one!
I’ll also be taking you on a trip past beautiful Welsh sunrises and the wild-looking Dyfi Estuary, to Sheffield and its great little parks, and Hertfordshire with its black squirrels. Come along for the ride!

"Your late summer update and tour of the Little Mansion Garden sound delightful! 🌻🏡 It's always exciting to see how a garden evolves over time. Thanks for sharing this charming glimpse into your garden’s progress!"
Thank you, so glad you enjoyed it!
Very nice Garden with butterflies, flowers and sunrises!!! Hope you will do in the next years everything you planned for your nature place!!!
Thank you! It is definitely a project that will take a few years.
Liking before I even finish watching :) Now to grab a coffee and follow along :)
Great, hope you enjoyed both your coffee and the rest of the video!
You certainly live in a beautiful part of the world. I love train journeys so it was lovely sharing part of your journey. Stunning scenery. I'm a little envious of how much land you have to develop. Its going to be a haven for wildlife. 😊
Wales is beautiful! I was going to edit down that train journey, but I found it quite relaxing watching the scenery all over again, so I was hoping others would too. Glad you liked it! Lucky indeed to have the land here, although on some days it does seem a little daunting!
Wow Lewis what a gorgeous opening view or I should say views 😮 that red plant is gorgeous. We have squirrels 🐿️ in several colours and yes definitely a common black variety. Wonderful garden tour so glad you are sharing with us. Have a lovely week, Ali 🌥️🌧️🇨🇦
Thanks Ali! Glad you enjoyed the tour, have a fab week too! 💕
Superb upload my friend 😊
Thanks for sharing friend
Thank you for watching and for the lovely comment!
Thanks for the tour. You have a lovely garden and it`s encouraging to hear you had a lot of butterflies on your buddleia. I have hardly had any. I think it`s been the worst year.
Thank you! It was reassuring to see the butterflies out, but I feel for them now as it's been nothing but rain since I made this video. Not sure where they're seeking cover and how they're faring. Been a couple of bees braving the wet and a dragonfly or two, so that's promising.
Amazing garden and so beautiful!
Thank you, that's very kind of you to say!
That is a huge bottlebrush! Beautiful scene at 5:00 mark. Your squirrel story is the same for Niagara Canada. They are all or mostly black. At least they were years ago. Pretty neat. In the southern US they are all gray. That patio will look great and your stonework looks amazing! Looking good in the garden man. Thanks for the tour.
It's the biggest bottlebrush I've seen in these parts! Had to stop the car to check it out. I went to Niagra Falls years back, but I was too busy looking at the falls to notice the squirrels! 🤣 Thanks for checking in!
Hello 🇺🇸 🌎 have fun gardening, 🙏
Thanks, you too!
You can find red squirrels at Plas Newydd, Anglesey if you ever fancy a trip a little further north. 😊
Will have to have a jaunt!
love your tomatoes, awesome growth 👌💚💚💚🍅🍅🍅
Thank you! I must admit though, none of the fruit have properly ripened yet!
Thank you very much for taking us along 🤗 You have a new subscriber. I'm looking forward to watch your videos. Greetings Heidi 👩🌾🌻
Thanks for subscribing Heidi! I'm a bit behind with posting videos but am planning to make some more soon.
@@PlasBachGarden Don't stress yourself. Just post when you feel like. I'm always planning to make more videos but I've seen that many UA-camrs who make many videos need a break after a while or give up. So I don't feel so guilty about not posting continiously.
@@gardentours Thanks for that, good to have your support!
Hello nice to see and hear what you are up too. The trip what beautiful scenery and parks. I’ve never seen a black squirrel how cool! Your gardens are full and thriving . Such unique specimens too.
Wow you’ve gotten to work on patio area which looks soinviting. Halictrum is wow!!
I’ve yet to add plants to my pond🤔perhaps next season.
Your property so very diverse.
Thanks for the tour!
Thanks Teresa! I must confess, it's not all thriving, I was selective with the filming and editing to avoid the things that are looking a bit sad! But I might come clean and do a video dedicated to all the things that haven't gone to plan this year. Yeah, get through winter and then plant up the pond I reckon. Take care!
@@PlasBachGarden none of us have perfect gardens. You’ve so much land and area to plant this is your life project . Gardens are never finished Plas🤔😳💃🏻☺️
@@gardeningonthewestforkwith8994 Very true! ❤️
