@@JoseGonzalez-gg6rs The entrance for both North and South towers are in the casino area, which is convenient for you. You can check in when you arrive near the Havana tower or head to the casino area and head to the lower level to check in. If you are looking to use the pool, Tropicana only has one pool and it’s located in the South Tower. I hope that helped. If you have any specific questions please let us know. @@JoseGonzalez-gg6rs Hi Jose! I hope you're doing well. The Havana Tower elevators - they were impressively clean during our stay. Just a quick tip: the South Tower is conveniently located near the main lobby check-in area. As a reminder, the main lobby check-in is situated in the Casino area on the lower level.
Upon checking in, simply take the escalators up and veer right. It's a short distance from the escalators - approximately 20 yards - to reach the elevators leading to the South Tower. You can easily spot it. The South Tower is unique for having a pool, so be sure to enjoy your time there.
We personally haven't stayed in the South Tower before, so we're eager to hear about your experience. Feel free to share your thoughts and any highlights. Have a fantastic stay!
