Tbh the quality of our films and acting has vastly degraded in the past few years ever since the producers started recruiting influencers to act in an actual film. They hv no emotions while delivering their dialogue or acting out a scene. I just cringe whenever they do a crappy impression in the name of 'acting' . In the past, even under minimum technology and make up, the actors did phenomenal job portraying their character n connecting with the audience. They weren't obsessed with their looks like the influencers now. Yes I m talking about Dre dorji and Minimum choki. I completely stopped watching b movies after these people started starring in the movies. Bhutanese movies lost its essence as n when the make up on the faces grew thicker . These 'influencers' should learn from veteran actresses before coming on big screen. Lastly, have to say, bhutanese movie industry is evolving, but backwards.
