Depends if there's an limit to how high you can fly. Highest I flew was like 4.2 million ft in altitude. Which only took me 2 in a half hours to do. With that, my ending speed was 4824, as fast as the Flying Walrus.

No one exactly knows how high up you can fly in PTFS, but however, you can get some decent speeds depending on the plane you choose to fly.
