how do l program my file so that the same colors embroider one after the other. I have the same picture twice and it embroiders one picture at a time. which means changing colors twice and much. thank you.

I’m so Frustrated with Enthusiast, I purchased the thumbnail, Essentials and Enthusiast, I paid for the software tried to download it, I don’t see it anywhere, the company doesn’t have a phone number to speak with anyone, I emailed the company they advise me to restart my computer after entering the serial # still don’t see the download after restarting my computer 5 times, can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?
The new features of Enthusiast are added to the program when you add the serial number and restart. Please respond to to tech support message and let them know you don’t understand!

That would be Color Sorting under the utility menu
Is knock down stitching available in Essentials? I don't see it. Thanks!
The Knockdown function is an Enthusiast function
