Very interesting. Love the exterior, the garden and the service quarters. Otherwise, the interiors were a disaster of victoriana. It was all very entertaining, however, and you two are so charming as always. Thanks!

Hi Neil and Ant, you were right we really did enjoy this. We love the regency period, just so romantic. I would have loved to have visited here back in the day for one of those house parties. The dining room is fabulous. What a grand entrance and that staircase is amazing leading to those impressive bedrooms. Beautiful gardens too. Thank you for another great tour. Hi Dave and Dawn! Thankyou so much for your lovely comment... Maybe in a previous life we would have glided down that wonderful staircase and enjoyed a wonderful meal in that dining room! We would have liked to have spent more time in the gardens but we spent too long in the house! Tatton must have been a very splendid place to live and all the famous guests must have caused quite a stirr amongst the staff! The video file corrupted and it isn't as smooth as it should be in places, but we know the cause so hopefully it shouldn't happen again , we tweaked it as best we could🤞 We hope you're having a great week and your weekend is a good one! Hi Carl! Thanks for watching... I think they use the grounds for shows, they also have the RHS flower show there too... it's a huge old place and great that it gets used. I have only just discovered your channel. It is an absolutely amazing channel. I visited this place a few months ago and was surprised how few other visitors there were. I did a slideshow of it with some Beethoven in the background. What I love about your videos is the interesting information you give us to go along with the lovely pictures. Have subscribed and will be watching plenty more of your videos. They are very educational.
