    do I need to listen to this DURING or before my run/race. I usually listens to music during my runs, so I don't get bored during long runs, but this is kinda new....

      Deekshik Gowda it just helps calm and focus the brain waves, try listen to 3x per week or even when you fall asleep at night. You got this👍🏼
