Great video Les! I agree (coming from a competition perspective) the guard should adapt to your needs and strategy. I usually drop my hands if I’m looking for a counter… doesn’t always work 😅 but I find I react quicker and throw quicker shots… but I also like the high guard and cross guards too if I’m putting pressure on. Can’t wait to train and learn from you again! 🫶
