Couldn't agree anymore!! Stansfield works so hard and selflessly for the team. It's hard to think that he's only with us on loan given how much effort he puts in and clearly how much he cares. A proper pro and I would absolutely love it if we could sign him permanently. There's definitely a connection with the fans (you get the odd idiot. Unfortunately, all clubs have them 🙄). I think we make him and Fulham a really good offer, that's too good to turn down. He's exactly the type of player and character that I want playing for our club. He clearly loves playing football. The morning after the day before..... 😁 ..... yesterdays performance and result and watching the various vlogs so to be able to relive and enjoy the day makes waking up this morning all the more easier as most of us head back to work (i'm actually not back until Monday 😆🤣 but you get my point 🤣🤣). What a brilliant day. The atmosphere was easily the best that it's been for a very, very long time. It was better than the Sunderland game and it felt like the good old days. The weather was even on our side (i appreciate that some fans overdressed 😆🤣🤣). I'm glad i wore my sunglasses 😎😁 What a performance by the team, and we, the fans, more than did our part too!! A much needed and well deserved 3 points! We're Birmingham City 💙 The icing on the cake was the UB40 gig. The football was imperative to the success of that idea, though, so thankfully the team did what they needed to do. What a brilliant bank holiday Monday.
