I've said it before and I'll say it again, weighing scales should not be allowed on the boat. that's just another talent you should need to dial in with experience and it kills so much of the suspense that makes these huge tournaments so exciting by the end.
@@chandrahyche1294if a scale in the boat is a big problem then I’d hate to see what else that guy would think is bad for tournament fishing. There is another way to cull besides a scale, a culling beam is a great tool. Only time you might need to use a scale is when the two fish balances out the same which doesn’t happen most of the time.
Looks great but the colors are too close together for the color-blind. Could the differences be made more drastic?? Thanks for considering; currently the red/green?? is not distinguishable for some.
Wind kept that tide pushed back and never happened. Terrible tide killed Chris’s bite window. Sucks but part of it. Incredible event for him and all who made the top ten as it was an absolute grind and tough as can be.
Rapala otus og orginal RFSH som dessverre ikke lages lengre. 13 fishing lager så mye gromt, gode sneller og stenger, og gromme jigger (vertigo minnow dropshot) for og nevne en.
hopefully the kid with the insurance issues got that all sorted and comes back next time. Hate to see him get dq'd for something like that. I understand, but that sucks to lose for reason outside of your fishing skills
Why does this tour pick so many small fish fisheries? These tours need to gain MORE TV FANS! You can’t do that on tough bodies of water I just don’t understand this thinking?
Only someone who’s never been to the Chesapeake would call it small. It’s enormous. At times it might fish small due to grass and tides, but that challenge tests your skills.
Of course, I live on the upper bay and it is an extremely finicky body of water. You can go out and catch four and five pounders in the same day or you can go out and catch a couple one pounders. There is no guarantee on this body of water and with thousands of dollars on the line I can’t imagine what that feels like.
@@hunterh1033 I feel bad for anyone who’s gotta fish these type of waters. I guess we’re blessed to have lakes I catch 30-80 a day average 3.5lbs with double digits possible daily. And I’m on the west coast. 😊
@@seasgarageI'm looking for a 6'6" or 6'10" because I fish from the bank. It's just easier in brushy areas. I have 7' and it's just a tad bit too long for tight quarters casting.
just sucks not having right requirments it cost to fish dont make a living nomore with these new electronics cant make no were to fish they cant find nomore
Fished the upperbay for 25 years, you talking about using a 6.6n rod it better be heavy action to get bass out of weeds!!! Most good anglers would use a 7ft6in flipping rod to do it!!! Makes me think your a 15 year old know nothing!!!
From Arkansas and love your show learn alot thanks

Nice town. Been there once. Would love to go back.

It’s funny hearing these guys struggling and needing a 7’7 rod and us weekend warriors get through that mess with 6’ 6’6 rods lol
If I wasn’t bank fishing 99% of the time I’d use a 7”+ rod too.especially in that thick shit

Well, idk what any of that means, but I mainly use 7'6" and I pond and lake fish.

Staring at their forward-facing sonar! Bass fishing is reduced to this.
