Short Discription About Eid e Mobahela
The event took place in the year 10 AH (632 CE) when the Christian delegation from Najran came to have a religious debate with Prophet Muhammad. They believed in the Trinity and challenged the Prophet's teachings about the oneness of God.
Upon their arrival, the Prophet invited them to a Mubahila, a spiritual contest where both parties invoke divine curses upon the liar. However, the Christian delegation hesitated and realized the spiritual power and presence of the Prophet and his family. They withdrew from the challenge and opted for a peaceful resolution instead.
This event holds great significance for Muslims as it demonstrated the strength of Prophet Muhammad's message and the power of his faith. It serves as a reminder of the importance of unity, peaceful dialogue, and the strength of truth in religious discussions.
