This video is a tutorial on the process of creating the Marimba Keys used on the marimba. Here I show how to shape the keys and get the correct note, How to find and drill the node holes and the positioning of the keys on the frame.

Hi Nixiwaka, great job ! I'm currently trying to figure out how to build a couple of marimbas for my future music students, for the schools here in France don't have money to buy a lot of instruments... It seems there's a lot to learn about tuning the keys... Do you have the dimensions of the keys for each note? Could you send it to me? Or maybe would you be available sometime to have a call?
