FrozenInTime that was kind of a lucky shot and Jet was trying to move and it was obviously uncomfortable for him to be bent over completely and walking while being shot at...also niko was the one who was supposed to be protecting the president

Depends. For springs guns it should be fine. Inspect the bbs to make sure they are intact. However, they can cause your gun to jam or slowly diminish after using 100s of them.
spinakker honestly wouldn't surprise me if some places do that, just run them under some water to make sure they're clean and take out the broken ones, good to go

Niko was a shit bodyguard. Kept straying off too far from the President. If there were more than two bodyguards then they could take the luxury of doing that, but that's just basic stuff you don't do.
I love how intense D is and how chill Niko it makes for the perfect chemistry and really fun to watch guys.
