Assume they connected it before lowering. Will suck to possibly have maintenance in the future though, with setting it in the ground.

how did this get connected to the electricity?

Thanks for the inquiry Egidijus. The electrical is connected after lowering into the vault. The system includes a service area that is covered with removable decking. You can see the technician standing in that area at 1:47.

Am I missing something? No maintenance access? No drainage?? Wtf?

Great question Patrick. This system does include a "trap door" for electrical connection and service. You can see one of the installers standing in the service area at 1:47 in this video.
