If it doesn’t say delivered then either the other person doesn’t have wifi/data on or they stopped using iMessage. Hope that helps.

I didn’t got the vertification code does it need service for it to work?
Well, you need either a wifi connection or mobile data. Hope you get it sorted.
If you don’t have service they can’t send the code becuase it is a SMS
Mine shows 1 bar of service then disappears how could I fix this issue
