    I'd get a hose end sprayer, big quart one at least maybe a gallon end sprayer, or a large pump sprayer.. use warm water and a lot of dish soap, don't make it sudsy pour in after you fill with water then mix in gently.. spray that entire yard and border with that liquid several times a week at night or just before they go out to play, saturate that lawn and the borders, soak fences and the other side as much as you can, trees, bark,.. other things to put in water mixture... make a nice strong tobacco tea... about 2 ounce per gallon white vinegar.. mind you this wont just kill tics it kills all insects .. plants love it, but be mindful of bees, like if blackberries are flowering let the bee's pollinate first .. then soak again and again, you can spray when fruit is bearing or after pollinating . . spray roads if you can, fields, woods, wherever you can .. also get 8-10 chickens for your yard, guineas, put up bird houses, they all love eating tics, address livestock and animals look over pets real well, they can bring tics indoors so look em over good they can easily become infested...

    My question, if your doing all these methods and still found all those ticks- is it even working?

      The ticks were prior to starting with all of this. There were many found within a couple of days so we knew we needed to start back with this! Definitely had a huge impact right away 👍🏻

    Could u use vegetable glycerin with the essential oils to make a spray?

      It just needs to be able to spray out of a sprayer. I’ve clogged my fair share of them! Fractionated aloe and witch Hazel are both the consistency of water.

    Great video but you lost me at homeopathy. Other methods seem good though and worth a go. Many thanks!

      😄 Homeopathy is fascinating and honestly we have seen the fastest results from it when we get the remedy we need. My husband was skeptical but he had a bad sinus infection and couldn’t breathe through his nose…I gave him one tiny pellet of homeopathy and within 2 minutes his sinuses opened and he was amazed. He doesn’t understand it either but he asks for them often now.

      I hope you can see this and reply back to me please. Is it the Ledum pellet you gave to your husband? I have a stuffy nose and can't breathe at night also. I need help.

    Question- I have always read & experienced that the Oregano essential oil is a hot oil and I have put it on my skin straight and it burns. Just wondering what brand you use that doesn’t burn your skin?

    • @ThisOhioFarmhouse
      @ThisOhioFarmhouse  2 роки тому

      You definitely don’t want to get it near your eyes. It is considered a hot oil, but I wouldn’t say anywhere near something like cinnamon oil. It tingles but doesn’t burn. I use doTERRA oils
