A few years ago I gotten two shiny Kyogre on two Japanese Emerald games by the Runaway method since that's the only way you can hunt shiny Legendaries and Mythicals due to the broken RNG. The first one was 3,613 Runaway encounters with a Timid nature and a 2nd one at 5,100 RAs with Quirky nature.

@@jacobrobert0 facts modest is best for it since choice scarf wasn't a thing in gen 3 unless you're teaching it earthquake for electric quiet would be better for it. Hopefully you'll get your shiny Groudon with Adamant or brave nature
