Paul aka PS Audio answered this and said no problem but tweeter on the inside and woofer on the outside but he might be wrong to think that way.
I did it with my 1723s bookies as lcr. I just calculated the radiation pattern and aimed the bookshelfs the right way. Sound is perfect.
What about a speaker like kef Q150 or ls 50
How bout svs elevation speakers? I believe u can put those laying down without adverse effects.
What if the twitter is rotated?
That activates Axial Musk Modes.
