Brother, I also own hunter 350, but never had this much problem, even after doing multiple 500km a day ride, only problem is that sometimes there is a buzzy sound near the console, otherwise the bike is buttery smooth.

Hello brother, I too own a Hunter and I was also concerned about the buzzy sound coming from near the console, I got it checked at the service center and they said the sound is from the fuel pump, I checked with other hunters as well and the sound was present. So, it is normal.. nothing to worry, have a nice day!

They have a three year unlimited warranty, that is hard to beat . As soon as the Hunter 350 gets to upstate New York , I’ll be looking to buy one
UA-cam is full of pros of this bike and its very hard to find videos like these...i also own a hunter ,though i dont face any major issue ( right now) like u do but the service/ customer relation these people give is really pathetic.. wont even acknowledge own presence most of the times..

Go to the service center & ask the Service Center to open the front shocker & take out the oil inside.. Measure it it has to be 360/370 ml combined. It should be low in your case.. Tell them to put fresh oil & your shocker will be fine.
I had the same problem but got it done at a local shop who is an expert in RE. The nut used to open the shocker is 22No. Pulsar nut. Hope this helps..

@@NeelChakrabortyVlogs If you delay the oil change your shocker pump will get fc*d. Change it ASAP. my shocker had 180 ML oil combined when it was taken out. It was 1/2 of what it should be. In 10 days old reborn the oil was totally black. Hunter oil capacity may be low.

I have a Hunter 350..and believe me it's the best bike i have got. There is some tappet noise but it's very normal. This machine is just beautiful ❤️

PDI is something which you and I can Do . The PDI is Done at the Bike Depot of the showroom
I own a 2017 Thunderbird 350. Have faced the front fork problem multiple times. If you go a little bit fast over any pot holes, the oil seal breaks. It’s sad to see this problem in current RE bikes also

I took the first delivery in my district! I too had the same noise but eventually after first service it was gone ! Hopefully your too … so far good experience but recently before the second service it started to cutoff the engine while I push it hard !

I was also facing this issue "thuk thak noise" as you are describing it but it got fixed after 3rd service and I have no issues now, bike is running super smooth as of now.

@@rajendrabandal7955 its called tappet noise you can search it over internet as may customers are facing this issue thy need to rewire the engine but some service stations do it without any hassle but some other service station will tell you to do 1500km or in 3rd service they will fix it.

I experienced same problems with ntorq & then decided to never go to TVS service centre ever again. I own Honda cb350 today (despite my height is less) instead of hunter 350 - just for this service reliability issues.
All issues you addressed are real ones. I also experienced few of them. When I go to long ride the sound of engine do change. The tappet sound is very annoying to hear. Bike appears like fragile machine who doesn't liked to be pushed to limits. Should have gone with Honda CB 350.

Yes buddy , if you want to spend more saddle time than on service centre then Go for Honda or Yamaha , dont Go for RE .
Brother i also faced same issue on my hunter 350 and visited many times to service centre’s but they are not able to find proper issues. I have spent too much money on it . At the last time i was trying to to resolve the issue on my risk but know my bike suspension and conset issue is fixed. 😊
Bro i am having this shock absorber issue of left side same as you. It was making kat kat noise while riding now my service centre is agreed to replace that left side telescoping shock-absorber as it in warranty. I used to go service centre every week. Royal Enfield should pay attention on such a problems. Customers are so un-satisfied by their service.
That’s a good news , the problem of that sound might not be resolved by changing the forks , please also check on the ball racers and the cone set , for more info please watch my update videos about this issue , there are 2 follow up videos .
For middle class person like me those bikes are like once in a lifetime achievement, yes we atleast I think so and I consider myself after buying any RE that I have something which remains throughout my life 😊 . I always dreamed of a RE bike but always thinks that those bikes are unworthy but recently I made my mind to go for hunter and I am about to purchase this bike in 3 or 4 days but your experience made me uncomfortable , I was in love with this bike at first sight but now you made me reconsider and also thanks to the comments THAT REMINDEDE ME TO DO PDI (pre delivery inspection) Now I will not buy this bike until everything got inspected by me and my close mechanic brother, thanks for the video
Update - after buying Signals 350 , i get to know that it's not that bike is bad but it's the service centre in which you are going, I myself facing the problem after first service they downgraded the overall quality of the bike, anyone please suggest me the best service centre in NCR, I am from Haryana (Bhiwani) it will be great if found one nearby 🙏

@@amitshanbhag7738 First thing is hunter looks good initially but I was unable to feel connected after some time as hunter is wierd when we look from front and secondly classics comfort is unmatched+feeling+metal penals* fit and finish ( one of major reason to drop hunter is when we look from a distance, it's looks amazing but that wire from right panel look dirty and that is worth to make me feel comfortable to spend that much money in a street bike which is somehow incomplete in itself) though looks dope from a distance. All in all Classic is a feeling and a mature bike in itself and hunter is a newborn baby of RE which have to learn a lot ❣️

I noticed that you are facing the same issue that i had. Try removing leg guards and installing original axle, that helped me in getting rid of those sounds coming from the front end.
I am also facing the same problem with my new hunter 350. When you rave there is some knocking sound from the engine, doesn't feel smooth running of the engine.
Knocking sound is different. But When reviewing the Valves go hey wire

আমার প্রথম সার্ভিস না-হওয়া অব্দি কিছু সমস্যা ছিল না। প্রথম সার্ভিস হওয়ার পর ট্যাংকির ওখান থেকে একটা আওয়াজ আসতে শুরু করে, কখন আবার সেটা আপনা থেকে চলেও গেছে খেয়াল করিনি। তারপর দ্বিতীয় সার্ভিসিঙের কিছুদিন আগে থেকে গিয়ার লিভারের কাছ থেকে বাইক চলবার সময় একটা মৃদু আওয়াজ আসতে শুরু করে, সেটার কথা দ্বিতীয় সার্ভিসিঙে বলিও কিন্তু পরে খেয়াল করে দেখি ওটার সমাধান হয়নি। খুব তীব্র বা ততটা বিরক্তিকর লাগেনি বলে আর ও নিয়ে সার্ভিস সেন্টারে যাওয়াও হয়নি। শেষ যে সমস্যাটা সেটাও সার্ভিস সেন্টার থেকেই শুরু! ইঞ্জিন ওয়েল পাল্টানোর সময় সামগার্ড খুলেছিল পরে কীভাবে লাগিয়েছে কে জানে বাড়ি এসে পাশের দোকানে বার দুয়েক খুচখাচ করেও ঠিক করতে পারিনি। ইদানীং ৫৫ বা ষাটের ওপর গতিতে চালাতে গেলেই বিকট আওয়াজে কান ঝালাপালা ধরে যায়!
মোটামুটি ৭-৮ হাজার কি.মি চালানোর পর বাদ বাকি অভিজ্ঞতা মোটের ওপর ভালোই!

I suggest you to make a complaint at consumer court with all your particular details and exact proofs.
Thumb rule.... Don't buy a bike that just launched, wait it out... Last bikes of the batch are always better. I have a Hunter 350 and so far the only problem I've faced is that when the engine heats up it looses some low end torques and I have to rev it higher in those low speed situations

I m riding Yamaha Fazer from past 11 years...never had any kind of problems which RE bikes have given from time to time...Was thinking abt Hunter...but now i can't even think abt it...happy with Fazer...even my Merchant Navy frnd told me to never buy RE bikes .. he said paaji Yamaha k baad RE loge to pachtaoge k kya ke liya ye...Yamaha tech is bette than RE.. alot better...

i would acknowledge the tappet noise that i also have after every 3 months of service but rest other is silent. 6500 kms done in a year top speed i got was 127kmph on a windy day with the tappet problem & low tire pressure cause i was too lazy to go to gas station.
Front noice come from wires or brakes not clean mitti jjane se brake awaz krte hai
I'm facing the same issue; rattling sound from the front, seems more like from the instrument pod/headlight. The sound is more prominent when the motorcycle goes over bad pavement.

Brother you need to check with the nuts and bolts . Tighten them up. .
Then check with the fuel pump area of the tank . Might be a screw is loose. And check the Tank too .
Then check with the oil seals of the fork and the Ball Racers.

Royal Enfield is more about their retro bikes. They have a fan base. The fans will buy it without judging it.

Before 1st servicing, there was noise. But after servicing all problems solved. Now I love my bike. I ride a day 50kms above, not any problem now.

Your experience is not a surprise. RE never get it first time right. I had the same experience in 2016 Sep a few months after launch of the Himalayan. Yet many flock to their showrooms because of brand and getting attracted by their ad videos and inviting all the auto journalists to a foreign destination like Thailand and make it big event. Eventually a humble local mechanic who is intelligent will make your bike alright. Good Luck brother 👍

I thought i was the only one having problems with my hunter's horn. Sometimes the horn is loud and sometimes the sound becomes less.. all these time i thought its because of the water.

Got my Hunter delivered 8 days from launch in Kolkata.
Faced just one similar issue which is that tank / suspension walla "keech keech" noise.
After inspection they said the "engine bolt was loose" and it's quite common.
I can only imagine how can they keep a straight face saying such things. 😅
But ever since then and before, things have really been very good & as per expectation with the Hunter.
I had my experience at the Ruby service centre. Give it a try next time & see if they are of any help.

The Front end noise is probably because of the Ball Racers
i m from a tier 2 city, owning a r15 v2 from past 6 years, i came here to see a option to upgrade. horn problem you told, i m facing it in r15 v2 from last 1-2 wks, and i dont bother very much as because my bike is old enough to see this kind of problems but in your case if this is the scenario, man i am not going to trust this RE club. just one question to RE, whats the point to make a bike like a gun.

Bhai meri bhi hunter bike mai front se awaj ani shuru ho gai thi jis din kharidi usi din se aur ab pata chal raha hai ki front shoker mai oil kam dala tha jiski wajah se awaj a rahi thi. Ab nai shockers ayenge tab pata chalega ki awaj dubara aygi ki nahi par bHot ho kharab chiz lagti hai jab esa kuch face karna padta hai aur wo bhi tab bike itni costly ho aur ek ache brand ki ho.

I wanted my next bike to be RE but it seems like my current Japanese 8 year old 150cc Air cooled bike has better quality because recently i did a 400km long ride in it n i was sure that it's going to give some issues but i didnt face any issue, chain was giving some sound i lubed it n everything's fine.. Reliability is the best spec that a company can give on their product but some companies dont care about it because of their blind fan following!
I hated RE all throughout my life .
But after the 650s and the J series I thought that the company Changed .
But no .. its still the same .
I got the same fking problem with my hunter and the same level of treatment from RE customer service. I get " grrrr" , "khrrrr" noise from the bike after bike starts to heat. We got 99% similar issue. When i take it to the service center they say the bike is good and running well. They dont even try to hide it. They just flex about the 3yr warranty period, if I got it in my warranty then fking do something. I got this issue after 4 days atfer buying it. Like u said the noise is so shit that u just start hating on the bike. Enfields are so overrated. The way they say "True Royal thumper" to the trash noise the bikes been producing. They also did the same shit with me with the db sensors and just tried to make tapped adjustment which obviosuly didnt fix.
In short, THIS TRASH BIKE COMPANY GETS EXPOSED!!
@@darkinstinct Sorry to know your situation. The problem is Hunter is a cheap bike and they have compromised the built quality it seems. Every Now and then a new problem will pop up in this bike and its very annoying.
While other RE bikes don’t have such a bad reputation .

Tank sound mere bhi hunter mai aa rha hai unhone fule pump bhi change kiya tappit bhi set kiya but still sound continue aa rha hai unka kehna itna he hai ki yeh normal hai
