I have visited the place( Statue of Unity) during daytime 3 yrs back. The pomp n show is ok, but you haven't heard the sad stories of thousands of small land owners/farmers/villagers who have been forcefully displaced/driven out from their home place with very less compensation n false promises. They have been cursing the project n it's developers. Very sad n pathetic situation. What is the use of this fame, gardens, shops etc etc at the cost of making poor people unhappy, suffer n ruin their lives.....😔👎
