I love him a lot. But I love me more. I deserve so much better than constant fights about the same things and there’s no change. Trust me whatever you’re going through. You can get out. This song is so telling of the traumas that we go through that cause us to give others mixed signals. We are in so much pain emotionally. Some of us don't know where the trauma happened to cause our confusion. We want nothing more than to be okay. To be there completely for the ones we love. Some of us are truly thankful for you sticking it out. Some of us will reward you with real love. But first, we need to talk to a therapist. We need to unlock our inner selves to free our traumatized inner child. Please, be loving and as patient as you can with us. Guide us towards help if we resist a little. We want love, we want to love. We really do.
It is real. I hung in for quite awhile, but the last push away was so harsh and hurtful that I can’t suffer anymore thru his trauma. Maybe losing me for good will lead him to a therapist because lord knows I tried to help him see his problems from his childhood. But the man is 55 yrs old. Doubt if he will get the help he needs and he’s going to tear up many women along his journey.

Jason… here’s an update on my life now. I studied principles for transformation and got a Life Coach certification. I found love within myself and a sense of deserving that I never had and was looking for in other people, thus attracted to the wrong people. Once I fixed that and released myself from the grip the wrong person for me had shackled my heart, I felt free. Shortly after, I met the right person who had also been through transformation and had an abundance of love to give me. I took a leap of faith and we are now very happily married and have an amazing communicative loving respectful relationship. Everything I always wanted. Life is too short to give it to someone who hasn’t fixed themselves. Put the oxygen mask on yourself and breathe. You will attract a healthy person once you do that for yourself.
