For some reason, the USA rom of this games has four red ghosts (that don't even look like the actual red ghost in the game). I don't own the cartridge, but I'm guessing it's the rom, and not the original game.
Hmm,its been almost 5 years since I done this game. I checked out the original game for it and the ghosts are all the same color (ah the wonderful grey hues).
That's the standard monochrome Gameboy cartridge. This is the "special color edition" for the Gameboy COLOR. As far as I'm aware, the original cartridge should have the four ghosts be their original colors... I don't own the cartridge, but the roms online feature four red ghosts for the USA rom and the four different colored ghosts on the Europe rom.
7 years later, and youtube still won't do anything about spam comments, just like the recent cryptocurrency garbage comments. But god forbid you mispell wabbajocky.

The "They Meet" tune plays in every Ms. Pac-Man skit. I would play Super Pac-Man on this cartridge if I were you.
