Have gratitude. Either as a concept in your mind or a feeling in your heart, have gratitude for even nothing but certainly something. Soon will come, as you release hold of not gratitude, a sense of something to be grateful for. Then the practice begins. Be well.
Do you know the earth is flat? Most of the world doesn’t known GOD exists. It changes everything to find out you had parents and they wanted you the whole time.
