Everyone needs a daily doze of Martin to cheer us up ! I’ve been on anti depression for a while now but not for depression ( silly I know ). They dish them out like smarties here but I got them for gastric problems ! They are supposed to help with pain and better for you than most pain killers. I won’t come off them now as like you, I’ve missed a week or two and I felt very sad and down. Lovely tea there. Tfs

Oh my gosh! I do the exact same thing with my medication. I'm on anxiety / depression, beta blockers and thyroid medication and I always put off putting my script in and collecting it. The withdrawal ins horrendous, so I feel your pain. Please know that I'm always here if you ever need a chat. I'd take all your pain away if I could. Please look after yourself and your precious mum. I’ve been using CBD oil for anxiety Martin, Ive had it quite bad recently so I thought why not try it. I have been using it for the last four days and I feel so much better. I got it from Holland and Barrett’s ... bless you Martin xx
Hey Hun thankyou so Much for Letting me know do you Just drink it. is it tablets i may have to give it ago i have heard for ages how good it is. i am wondering if it will be good for mum's tummy she would be worried about taking it in case it upset her tummy. i will definitely go into H&B and get some..thankyou you my good friend ❤ 😘 💓 xxx

I was a very able person but I have lot of health issues now I could drive, but I started having seizures so they took my driving lisence. So my health deteriorated and that’s made me more anxious. But please look after your self and have the meds it does help. Take care xx

get some dried Ginger a teaspoon in some fresh orange juice warm or cold it’s an awesome mood lifter 👍🏻🌿 very healing xx
