All Might is forever immortalized after this fight. This is what he will be remembered for. After losing his quirk and his identity, he still stood tall, he still smiled that oh-so-familiar smile, and he still got in his final classic smash. He's got himself a SERIOUS pair. All Might has my respect. He deserves another dang statue after these chapters. I can't wait to see Izuku's reaction.

One thing I always thought would be interesting in the final fight. All Might himself has said his muscle form won't last for any significant time, but he can still call on it. What if he manages to get up with just enough strength to throw a punch at AFO and yet just before his fist connects, he goes to his muscle form. The kinetic energy of a millisecond punch would be enough to send AFO through several buildings, away from Deku, and with him deaging as he heals himself, that last strikes causes him to wipe out of existence, Of course, the second after his fist made contact, All Might turns back to his weak form and passes out. I'd love to see him live but that would be one hell of a way to go out. One. Last. Punch.
For me personally I never really thought All Might was likely to die. I mean he begins the series crippled, and even has his future told saying he’s going to die. All Might though this entire series was just preparing for his death it just seems too straight forward to then have him die exactly as it was for told. I could be wrong of course, at this point I’m ok with either out come. Either he dies like a badass or he lives which is great.

Maybe because all might is a vestage and is still alive, maybe he can get it through his vestsge. Making him deliver a united states of smash or an entirely new move on All for one

If All For One goes to leave All Might for dead and says, "I'm going to see my son, Izuku Midoriya," as a last-minute confession to make All Might panic, it will be the coldest and most evil thing he's ever done to All Might, especially if somehow with his epic shonen villain IQ, he orchestrated all of this. Plus it would make fans of this theory and how the author likes star wars lose their collective minds! That, or a baby All For One reaches Shigaraki, and Shigaraki destroys it.

I'm still convinced Almight isn't going to die. The entire point of the story has been Deku "twisting fate". If Almight was to die after all, I think a major premise of the show and Deku's motivation would be for nothing. As much as MHA can get dark as hell, I think it's going to end on an uplifting note.
Even if he doesn't die, I feel like he will be at least crippled, he took quite a few hits from AFO that broke his armor and struck him directly, and the fight is still going on

I pray others come to protect him for once. Toshinori has just won my heart over all the others and I'll cry happy tears if he can at least die an old man. Even if he is crippled. I want to see him relaxed, happy and enjoying a peaceful life (at least everyone tries to make him relax). So many old heros die for the cause and I'm tired of it honestly. I hope with all these saves, they were not just to delay. That they actually give back to all he has done to let one extreme super hero retire (and the students pin him down and stop him from helping from his wheelchair in the future. Saying that they got this!.. Then Ida whips him back to his quiet home and promises they'll all be back for snacks and munches later to enjoy a normal restful weekend evening with him as they all take turns doing as Eri shakes her head being his care taker seeing he snuk off again.
Just a little theory, I think Stain will still help but inside AFO, AFO took his quirk and Horikoshi emphasized that, also we already saw some quirks reveal against himself, no just star’s , so maybe the will Power of Stain is so strong that he manages to make his quirk rebel. I think it would be cool, maybe even other quirks like Hawks’s manage to do it to.
Hawks quirk rewinded so fast i think it's already gone from both AFO and Hawks body. Also not all quirk can rebel, star's quirk can rebel because before her death she gave the quirk an order so it cannot be stolen and as for OFA the quirk is almost sentient because it somehow preserves the previous user consciousness inside it. So no i do not think stain quirk will do anything fancy like rebelling because it's impossible.

He let himself be bested by All Might and Stain, only to distract them from the falling UHA building. I think Hiroshi is setting up the final battle between Deku and AFO. I could be wrong though, but that is what I am feeling from the past couple of chapters. All of the heroes are working together, contributing parts, to defeat one big villian.

AFO is literally the main villain of the story, with the strongest quirk. I don’t think anyone actually expected Stain to stand a chance
