I had to watch all 18 of these twice (concussion and 17 laws) once when I became a linesman and then once more when I registered to be a center. These are my nightmare. US soccer shouldn’t make us watch it every time we apply for an upgrade. God I wanted to die after watching these again😂

Victor K I think that's just to make the motions as clear as possible. I wouldn't think they're this rigid during a match.
