Hostel Essentials:
Bedsheet, Blanket, Pillow, Pillow cover, Cutlery (Plates, Boxes, glass), Mosquito goodnight/repellant, carry sports equipment as per your requirements (racquets, carrom coins, etc.) Charger, mobile and gadgets, cleaning cloth, Laptop, laptop charger, mouse/mousepad (if u require), earphones
Stationary:
Pen stand - gum scissor(must) stapler pins, pencil, highlighters, etc.
Toiletries:
Moisturizer, Face wash, Sanitizer, Air freshener, Body spray, Detergent, body wash, medicines. Brush, toothpaste, comb, nail cutter, lip balm, oil, sunscreen
Clothes:
Male:
Business Formal: Business suit, light-colored shirt, aesthetically matching tie and appropriate shoes covering the feet. Clean shave is mandatory (unless notified and received approval from Placement Committee) with trimmed hair. Fashionable and outlandish haircuts are not desirable.
Business Casuals: Polos, semi casual shirts. (Except Round Necks)
Shoes - Daily wear, Fancy wear, Sports, indoor, Formals.
Female:
Business formal: Formal Shirt with buttons, Formal Trousers or Skirt, Business Suit/Blazer and Formal footwear with closed toes. No excessive and/or outlandish accessories or makeup will be allowed.
Business Casual: Kurtis, Formal Tops (Ensure they are appropriate according to the college setting)
Others:
Bag, suitcase, Water bottles, File folders, Plastic bags, cloth bags, Sticky notes, Extra boxes and pouches, Sunglasses, Handkerchief, Towel, Covid-19 Masks, Belt, Cap, Locks, Umbrella
Important Documents: (Please keep multiple copies of same)
As mentioned in your offer letter, enclosures:
-Identity Proofs ( Aadhar card/Pan card, Photographs, etc.)
-Certificates and mark sheets of educational qualifications.
-Certificate of date of birth (SSC certificate or any Government issued document which
contains DOB).
-Offer acceptance form.
-Undertaking from candidates who have completed all the graduation requirements but are yet to receive the Original Degree certificate (Enclosure-1) -Attested copies of all the required certificates if you belong to Other Backward Classes (non-creamy layer) (Enclosure - II).
-Duly signed copy of Anti-Ragging Declaration Form (Enclosure - III).
-A medical certificate
-Certificate relating to work experience, where applicable.
-Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Certificate, in the approved format issued by the competent authority if you belong to a Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe.
-EWS certificate, in the approved format issued by the competent authority if you belong to the Economically Weaker Section.
-A certificate of disability If applicable.
