All of them were with Todoroki.
And Bakugou made an appearance despite not having a backstory yet, unless it's been talked about and I haven't seen it.
We know what happened to everyone else, kinda.
My theory on Kirishima is that he was captured and tortured by Todoroki into the state he is currently in seeing how obsessed he is with the man.
Deku is a little bit vague but I'm guessing maybe Todo found him in an ally or on the side of the road somewhere and offered him a life that he would enjoy. Or a life of luxury for the price of his freedom.
Iida and Todoroki were lovers at one point in their partnership.
Denki is SUPER vague but I think he's a notorious killer who works in the shadows.
But Bakugou. We literally know absolutely nothing about him. He might work as Shoto's right hand, or he could also be one of his bitches like Kirishima is which would be hilarious but sick.
Good theories, let me clarify this all a little bit.
*Let's start with Kirishima.* In my story of villain AU, Todoroki finds him first. He was never able to enter the hero academy and completely despaired. When Todoroki invited Kirishima to go with him, he no doubt agreed. He saw in Todoroki the one who saved him, didn't turn away from him. Thinking about it more and more often, these thoughts drive him crazy. One day, he accidentally injured Todoroki. Because of this, Todoroki closed it in the basement. At the same time, he gave a mask so that he would be quiet.
*The second was Deku.* When All Might shattered his dream that he wouldn't be able to become a hero, Deku also became desperate. Todoroki also found him and invited Deku to go with him. He didn't hesitate, as he saw no other choice for himself. Unlike Kirishima, Deku kept all his anger in himself, splashing it out only on assignments. And yes, Deku was Todoroki's favorite.
*The third was Iida.* He entered the academy, but left after the villains killed his brother. He became discouraged in heroes. Todoroki didn't immediately decide to go in search of Iida. But when Todoroki offered to go with him, he also agreed. At the beginning Todoroki wanted to test Iida, so he was constantly on assignments. When there were minor problems with Kirishima, Todoroki decided to bring Iida back to help him, plus, to develop future plans for the missions.
*The next was Bakugo.* I’ll tell his story soon in a next video.
*And the last was Kaminari.* I added him to the villains in order to dilute the conflict between Kirishima and Deku, so that later Kirishima would have a new partner. Denki, together with Kirishima, tried to enter the academy. Denki entered, but didn't study there. He knew that Todoroki had killed his father, hero number 2, and he also saw no reason to become a hero. It was Iida who suggested that Kaminari to be found because he was sure he could be of help as well.
I hope this helps a little to understand the whole story about villain AU. (sorry if there will be mistakes).
