Mind Of Mine just because you have people around you doesn't mean you can't be lonely. He didn't have anyone really to go to with his problems so in a way yeah he was lonely.
John Osullivan yea I totally agree with you it's just like Hannah said were there are different types of lonely like when she thought Zack was lonely Justin is so broken 😭😭😭 Ik what he did to Jessica was so bad he fycked up horribly but I mean they were all so drunk and in shock 😭😭😭I hope Jessica and Justin's relationship heals somehow
Justin is so misunderstood..yes what he did was terrible but guys HE TRIED. HE TRIED to get Bryce off Jessica but Bryce resolved to violence and pushed him out the door and locked him out and you all saw he was drunk, lying on the floor crying, he couldn't function properly. Stop giving Justin shit about not 'doing anything' because Hannah didn't even try and do anything, just simply sat there in shock. He is a good guy, who sadly lives a miserable life and felt as if Bryce was his brother..the betrayal..Justin thought not telling Jessica would help her, he wasn't thinking of himself, he wasn't selfish! he was thinking of Jess..and only Jess. He told her in the end which was the right thing to do, he should've told her sooner. Everyone makes mistakes, but at least he owned up to it in the end. Everyone deserves a second chance and Justin deserves one too.
malia johnston I remember something like that yes, in the beginning Justin was blocking Bryce, but then Bryce said "come dude, what's mine is yours" and for someone like Justin those words are very powerful because Justin had no one expect Bryce and Bryces family helping him get through shit, treating him like their own son. Those words hit Justin like a truck...but then when he came to realization of what he done? He couldn't forgive himself and I don't think he ever will. I hate when people say theoretically if they were in either Hannah's or Justin's position they wouldn't let that happen, but it takes a lot and a lot of courage to stand up and stop him because they were scared, in shock and couldn't function properly. I don't want anyone saying that they would've done something when they've never experienced that type of situation first hand.
I agree and rape is a hard thing to talk about. He wasn't right for not telling her but he probably didn't know what to do.. I feel like the shit he gets isn't right. I mean if you were drunk at a party and your friend did something like that then pushed you out of the room you wouldn't know what to do... I just feel like Justin doesn't deserve all the shit he gets.
I totally agree with you. Bryce passed the picture around of Hannah, which wasn't his fault. What he did to Jessica was awful and I don't forgive him however I think he is redeemable, we all make choices which we regret. I do feel empathy for him.
you think there's defending not telling someone they got raped and letting them be around their rapist? you're legit courtney crimson- did you not watch the show or you just see some mediocre ass white boy and think "he's the one,"
Yes I agree with you so much! I have seen Justin get too much shit from this fandom. He did not post Hannahs picture and while you could blame him for even taking it and showing it to his friends, it was not his intention to ruin her life and seeing that he has a long lasting relationship with Jess you could assume that he is a decent guy. And talkig about that I think yes what he let Bryce do for Jess is unforgivable and Justin regreted it right away and it must have been hard for him to go against Bryce since Justin explained how much Bryce means to him and how much he helped him. So yes, Justin fucked up hard with Jess, but he deserves a chance to redeem himself or just something and I think you can see that his mistake is eating him away mentally and that he is losing it. At the very end when he was all alone, then my heart just broke. He messed up but he does not deserve all of the hate. He is not Bryce, and Bryce could have easily just been using Justin for his own needs. I hope somebody understood what I tried to say haha
"He doesn't deserve Jess, or whatever happiness" Yes he does .. he does deserve happiness, he's just human. You're all blaming him, and I get it he didn't react but what would you have done ? Really if you were in that position, and I really hope you never be in that position but nobody knows how they will react. Besides, stop blaming him and forgetting Hannah, she has done the same thing ... she was IN THE ROOM and she just watched .. Of course she was scared but so was Justin and of course she had her reasons .. like Justin. So blame THEM but don't blame Justin alone.
He is my fav. I feel connection with him. This whole situation ruined him. At 1x01 he was happy, "clean" and after all this shit he was in total mess. When I was watching 13rw I wanted to hug him soooo bad
it s an amazing character with a great potentiel people don't understand him they just judge him he make unforgetable mistake but he tried to stop bryce and he truly loves Jessica
I couldn't help myself and really like Justin througout the series. Yes he made some bad decisions but he hasn't got an easy life either. And he really loves Jess, more than anybody else. He tried to help her that night but was pushed away and he couldn't do anything. And he didn't told her because he was afraid and he wanted to protect her. Everybody do some bad decisions in life.. The first time I really cried watching 13rs was when Justin cried.
Obviously growing up in abuse does put u in a state of shock when u see it happening to the girl you love, and it would be hard to tell your girlfriend 'my best friend raped you' of course he lied number 1 he must of thought Jessica would react to it in a tragic way (like hannah did) and number 2 him and jess really had something on for them it was true love my baby was too scared to end it😭
Yeah, I mean, imagine having to tell someone they were raped. How do you tell someone that? "Oh, hey. By the way, you were raped last night, by my best friend. I tried to stop him but he pushed me out and locked the door. Sorry." It's just not something anyone would know how to tell someone... And like you said, he grew up in an abusive home. For one, he's probably learned that there are 3 ways to deal with abuse (fight or flight or freeze) and I feel like with Justin it depends on the person. With Seth he fought, with Bryce he froze, and with life he flew (ran). Freezing would be only natural to anyone, but especially someone who has grown up with abuse.
I think we can all feel some kind of connection with the ones who've been through the same things as us, and I agree with you. For example I really feel a deep connection with Alex, Clay and Hannah. if you need anything I'm here. sorry for my english, I'm italian.
I feel really bad for Justin, he's gone through so much and people just think he's an asshole? He tried to stop Bryce from sharing that picture and he really did feel bad for it. He also tried to stop Bryce from doing what he did to Jessica, he was drunk and weak and tried to stop it all from happening, and after he was really careful around her. Yes he should've told her what happened before and he could've maybe tried harder in stopping Bryce, but he's really tried and feels horrible.
I've grown to love this character in particular. People need to understand that, yeah, he's done pretty bad things but he grew up in a rough home. His mother abused him for christ sakes. He's NOT Bryce. He's done nothing like Bryce has done. I feel a connection with him, he's an amazing character truly.
I find it shocking that at least two teachers and a coach knew and were discussing the possible abuse of an under age boy in his home and none of them did anything about it, not even call the cops - that school seems to fail everybody
My favourites were Tony, Jeff and Justin. I liked always Justin. He wasn't that classical "bad guy" as Bryce, for example. He's kinda sympathic to me. I also liked Jessica too. I know that he made a wrong decision, but still I think, that it would be great, if he and Jess would be together. Am I ok? :D :D
No matter what Bryce did to Jessica and hannah, he may not be a nice person but he always was there for Justin, and nobody sees that. I don't like Bryce a lot because of what he did to Jessica and Hannah, but he was like a brother to Justin foley.
justin's loneliness is what consumed him. and there are those who will say "what are you talking about he's crazy popular, plays all sorts of sports, has tons of friends.." yeah well, that's the worst kind of lonely, the kind where you're surrounded by people but you still feel alone.
In my opinion I think Justin is very misunderstood. He has been abused his whole life by his mothers boyfriends and emotionally by her. I know what happened to Jess was horrible but it wasn't like he didn't try, he did. But Bryce pushed him out of the room and locked the door, and not to mention he was completely black out drunk and Bryce is pretty much half his size. And also the fact that Justin basically said he was going to commit suicide to Jess's face but she didn't do anything. I'm not hating on Jess, I love her but I'm just saying. Justin is definitely my fav and I really hope he gets counseling or maybe goes to therapy to help him.
Justin is a really injured and broken boy. He felt like he owed Bryce everything because he is the only one who ever did anything good for him. That is no excuse but when you look at his past you can at least understand his actions
Justin is the product of a messed up family. He is stilling learning the difference between right and wrong because he's been taught wrong his whole life. He makes bad decisions sometimes but hey, what can you expect from a broken boy.
Well he let his "bff" rape his gf guys, please. This is just beyond wrong. This is just can't be forgiven, sorry. Don't do that emphaty to Justin and his feelings, do that do Jessica and her broken pride, her feeling, her broken and dead soul just like Hannah said, and then talk PLEASE
Forgive but don’t forget. Justin did something that was an inexcusable crime, you’re right. But he’s not an evil person. People who are evil don’t want forgiveness, they won’t beg, they won’t live with regret, they won’t think they did anything wrong. He’s trying to change. While Jessica shouldn’t forget, she should forgive as that makes u stronger then the one who put u down.
Justin was a dick, now hes changed and i'm here for him i love him to pieces. and i will never forget what he did to Hannah, but deep down he has a good, decent heart and he's a sweetheart xx
he's my favorite. he's really misunderstood which is sad, and watching 13rw I feel like he's one of the loneliest and hurt characters next to Hannah
@@neidadasilva4032 Zach said he was lonely.

malia johnston I couldn't of said it better !
Marina Halkas He could have gone downstairs and asked someone for help, it isn't that hard..
I agree and rape is a hard thing to talk about. He wasn't right for not telling her but he probably didn't know what to do.. I feel like the shit he gets isn't right. champagnepapi • he was drunk he is a kid and he makes mistakes also he probably thought that he should help Jess not him with a other person
I totally agree with you. Bryce passed the picture around of Hannah, which wasn't his fault. What he did to Jessica was awful and I don't forgive him however I think he is redeemable, we all make choices which we regret. I do feel empathy for him.
Luca Belle but then he did it again to hannah,it's sick
Emily K justin didn't know hannah was raped until he listened to bryce's tape
he let a girl be around her rapist for literally months
Audrey there really is no defending that he didn't tell Jessica she was rāped
you think there's defending not telling someone they got raped and letting them be around their rapist? you're legit courtney crimson- did you not watch the show or you just see some mediocre ass white boy and think "he's the one,"

1:28 broke me into a million pieces😭😭😭💔
it s an amazing character with a great potentiel
people don't understand him they just judge him
he make unforgetable mistake but he tried to stop bryce
and he truly loves Jessica
That was so rude when his mom walked away. He just got choked and then walked away like?
Juste make me cry.. He history is so sad.. I want give a hugs.. ❤️
I'm glad he becomes kinder.

9 CRIMES OMG THIS IS THE BEST ARTIST EVER DAMION RICE IS AMAZING
I feel really bad for Justin, he's gone through so much and people just think he's an asshole? He tried to stop Bryce from sharing that picture and he really did feel bad for it. I love him😍😍 and I love this good job 👏👏
His story is so sad. He tried to stop Bryce but he couldn't. And then he had no place to live in the end.
I find it shocking that at least two teachers and a coach knew and were discussing the possible abuse of an under age boy in his home and none of them did anything about it, not even call the cops - that school seems to fail everybody

beautifull!!!!!🌚🌚❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
"When I was starving " made my heart 👎🏾👎🏾👇🏾
No matter what Bryce did to Jessica and hannah, he may not be a nice person but he always was there for Justin, and nobody sees that. I don't like Bryce a lot because of what he did to Jessica and Hannah, but he was like a brother to Justin foley.
i dont know why bt the justin foley reminds me of shawn hunter from boy meets world
he reminds me of Ricky from secret life of an American teenager
at the start i hated Justin by the end of the first season I understood him and he is one of my favourite characters❤
justin's loneliness is what consumed him. and there are those who will say "what are you talking about he's crazy popular, plays all sorts of sports, has tons of friends.." yeah well, that's the worst kind of lonely, the kind where you're surrounded by people but you still feel alone.
Justin feels for Jessica Like Clay for Hannah
In my opinion I think Justin is very misunderstood. He has been abused his whole life by his mothers boyfriends and emotionally by her. hope so in Season Four
Lo amo.
La mayoría se enamoro de Clay ' pero yo no ., yo me enamore de este hombre 😍❤️
Omg this video ❤❤❤

creo que era peor la vida de justin que la de hanna
Paola Carrillo estoy de acuerdo !
Derin G but Hannah was also just sitting there but she was scared but so was Justin
Forgive but don’t forget. Justin did something that was an inexcusable crime, you’re right. But he’s not an evil person. People who are evil don’t want forgiveness, they won’t beg, they won’t live with regret, they won’t think they did anything wrong. He’s trying to change.
