Ok so my name is really Kate Elizabeth and I'm working on this detailed novel I've been writing since July or August (it's end of December now). it's called "Rose and Lavender" and it's set in Ireland (I'm Irish) and about two close irish sisters living together in rural Ireland. Lavender ("Lavvy") is the elder one and is even, serious, and oldfashioned. Rose on the other hand is passionate, imaginitive, and COMPASSIONATE in huge letters. Rose grows up to be a schoolma'am and deeply loves her pupils in the one-room schoolhouse, even the difficult Johnny Clay. Lavender gets married to a jolly man named Sage and on the day of their wedding Rose and Lavender's grandmother Elzabeth who lived with them died of old age. Rose doesn't get married.....at least not for a long time.....but when a fire takes the life of a single mother of one of Rose's dear preschool pupils, Daniel Morris (called Dannie), Rose rescues the small boy from the flames and adopts him. but eventually Ireland goes to war and Lavender, her husband and two little children, Rose, their widowed mother Caitlin, Dannie, and a family car leave Ireland by ship, onboard which Lavender has her third baby. Anyway I really hope to get this really long novel published but I'm only about halfway done or less and need to go back over it. when they return to war-torn Ireland Rose adopts a war-baby and her former 6th grade pupil who is now 16 and whose father was killed in war and mother died of heart attack.

I'm 17 and I'm completely in love with this song makes me think of happy times and just brings a smile. Def could dance around silly to this song and sing it in a hair brush

When I first googled it I couldn't find it, I was rather upset! :) Then I tried again and I found this video! :D It's an amazing song and I might just have to add it to my favorites and listen to it over and over again !!! :) some songs are forever popular because of there meaning, some are popular because of the tune... this one is one of those songs to me :)
