    Sorry if you find any grammar mistakes. English is not my first language. I'm learning it.
    When I was in school I used to do this in summer holidays with all my hotwheels. And my friends used to give me their cars to detail. And a couple of times detailing turned out to be much better than usual, I didn't want to give the car back. So I bought same car from Walmart and gave it back to my friend, saying that my younger brother ruined it. And he accepted it happily as he got new packed car instead of used car.

      that's awesome man, the way I started detailing cars is similar, the only thing is I just wanted my cars to look more realistic. also, your grammar is good, it's legible

      I can do it if you're willing to! this takes practice and no one was born with all the knowledge and skill to do it, my first customs looked like shit because I just started at that time. I've been doing this for over 11 years now, it's about experience

      so I see you're a rookie. the thing is, never use permanent markers, they dissolve with time, making thr car look bad. I suggest you to use acrylic or water based paint and paint with brushes, you can find them in hobby scale model stores and hardware shops. get yourself used to brush painting and you'll switch tp thinner based paint with time. thinner based paint gives a shinier, longer lasting and better finish but it dries too fast, it's hard to remove when you make a mistake. a more user friendly paint is acrylic or water based as I told earlier. it dries slower so you'll have more time painting, it's easier to remove and it won't leave residues when removed but the downsides are it can oxidize if it's a metallic paint and it might peel off with time if it's touched too often or rub against shit. that's all you need to know pal, good luck!

    Hello friend, good video, one question, what kind of paint do you use to paint? It is that I have the same wheels today and I would like to try it. A greeting and good luck.

      @denisminigarage2030  3 роки тому

      thanks man! also, I used cellulosic thinner based paint. however, if you are new to this job, I recommend you using acrylic or water based paint. it will be easier for you. I use thinner based because it's more durable and it gives a shinier finish.

      I use cellulosic thinner based paint and no, water color won't work. I recommend you using acrylic or water based scale model paint if you're a beginner.

    Why can't they just do the details themselves

    • @denisminigarage2030
      @denisminigarage2030  4 роки тому

      the more detail they add, the more it will eat their budget and more expensive the cars will get. that's why they don't put such details because no one will buy them when they are too expensive just for tiny details. this is why "model cars" exist. for those who want hyper details on their models, they pay more and get more detailed cars like Tarmac Works, Ignition Model etc. but I don't think it's necessary to pay that money since I can already do it myself😅
