I believed him immediately, he has a very likable personality.
I mean, a lot of abusers are very charming. My ex and many others get people to like them. They so often have people saying "he's not like that, he's a great guy"- then they are proven to be guilty of abuse or other horrific crimes. Look at Ted Bundy, he charmed soooo many people.

In order for him to get full custody he has to prove shes an unfit mother. She may have lied on HIM. But he never said or accused her of being a unfit mother. He can leave but the only thing that would happen would be them co parenting and him going on child support

I am glad he passed. I think there is still a lot wrong in there relationship though. She lied about the abuse for a reason. She also seemed very unhappy. Could be her but could be something more to it. I don't think he is a bad man though. Hope it works out for them.
I think he is cause he don’t cheat, didn’t lie, and don’t hit her, and working 13 hours a day to take care of his family AND did not leave those kids by they self. Clearly there is barriers of mistrust between these two. If she’s not happy with the relationship she’s in, then the best thing to do is talk about it, and if that doesn’t work, then just cut it off. She shouldn’t have to go to lengths in putting her innocent boyfriend in jail, because that makes her the real evil one. I can only hope that after this show, they went home, she tearfully apologized, and talked bout restructuring the relationship that works for both of them, because even though I’m all for break ups when things are not working, this is probably just one of those “rough patches” in this relationship that can probably be fixed when everything is verbally put on the table and both parties can discuss a solution.
