hello Kim, the frequences you hear are my own interpretation of moldavite frequency so they don't match the visuals, but I always make the sound with an intention, so it works like a subliminal and I put them in the description :)
For these longer videos how long should you listen for ?!
Until youcan feel the energy is working for you 🌊It's all about intuition.. It can be 10 minutes or it can be days
