I followed this time management rules for a while but when I step into my motherhood life every thing was unexpected. My daughter always change my planed schdule and it was really very depressive for me in the starting but with time I understand I have to give time to my baby rather than planing my work schdule.

Yes I was exactly like this! I realized this drain was taking away so much from me mentally more. So I've tried gradually narrowing down my tasks from the most important to less imp. So I can think and also have a gap where I don't think. It's important trust me. To leave your brain free this helps to continue better.

I guess girls ko multitasking ki adat hoti h.n agar personally m chahti hu na ki "me time loo" ya netlifxing karu tab toh jaldi jaldi sab khatm karti hu.. matlab gas pe detox water chalra h, bacche k do type ke tififns, apna khudka breakfast diet vala, husband n FIL ka ek jagah, meeting hoti h itni full day fir usme bhi beechme aake khana garam karna lena dena, jab bacchi h aati h tab firse yeh process, presentations banate hue uske shamke snacks n milk ki tayariya karna. and yeh sab tab h jab maid n cook dono h.m salute toh our sisters who juggle, travel daily via public transport, look after kids and home equally . We women need to stop somewhere and delegate now on!

I’m going through the same thing. The bottle bharna thing and everything else you said was so relatable. Sunday is the only day I get to take an afternoon nap and IF I DO, I feel so so so damn guilty to have wasted those 1.5-2 hours. I have zero idea what to do with this issue
I was under impression that i am the only person who thinks agar ye kaam abhi na kar lu toh duniya khatm ho jayegi.. If I sit for a while, a guilty mind starts poking me chal uth bahen baki ka kaam nipta & this eccentric behavior keeps me always on my feet. My family never give a miss to the favorite sentence of mine which I everyday mince.. Uff.. Thak gayi mai😂 But jyoti as you said I too am grateful that Almighty has blessed me with good health & as a result I am efficient & active enough at the age of 54 managing my household & work life pouring my heart over. This could be ADHD brain / anxiety and / OCD. Your brain is in overdrive with difficulty in regulating itself . A lot of us adults are undiagnosed individuals with these disorders. Meditating, exercising, journaling, planning your day with a visual planner. To be aware of this and getting external help as and when needed should help.

I m a doctor , so I have atleast 6-7 hours duty daily and 7 month old baby jiski feeding m 5 hour lgte h din k and even night on call bhi jana hota hospital kbhi kbhi to , and room organise krna loundry bhi krni hoti h , even baby k kpde to rat ko b machine lagne pdte h and mujhe study bhi krni hoti h , yakin mano m kuch b kam pending nhi rhne deti same halat meri h ek-ek min bhi use krti ki is ek min m washroom ho ati hu😂 aap to fir bhi apka khudka kam h jldi late kbhi b kar skti h din m , mujhe time se hospital Jana hota h daily even karwachoth, diwali aise din bhi

This much deeper than what we know .. i have faced same thing dear even mai 10 12 ghanta sone k baad v mujhe lagta tha mai tired hu ... Sarir me jan nehi hai ... Even sote huye mai sapna dekti rahiti thi jo yaad v raheta tha nind se uth ne k baad lagta tha mai soi nei thi mai to jagi ti ... I have taken medicines for 3 -4 month ,, i do meditation everyday mediation matlam jor jor se om namha shivaye bolti hu 15 mint ... Mene psychiatrist v dikhaya tha she said to me k app jab v koi kam karo pura focus usme do ... Like ap agar pani bhar rahe ho to use dekho kaise dire dire wo bhaar raha hai .. now i am ok i have stopped taking medicines but abhibi kabhi kabhi mai restless ho jati hu so nehi pati but i try to talk to my mind k sab thik hai ,, now i can rest e sab and fir thik thak chalta hai ... Mai to asi condition me chali gai ti ki mere husband jab chill kar raha hota hai .. kuch kam pending hai i started fighting with him ... I mean its normal to fight but mai jo kar rahi thi wo mujhe khud ko lag raha tha jayada hai cz mai rone bhi lag jati thi bina baat k

This could be ADHD brain / anxiety and / OCD. Your brain is in overdrive with difficulty in regulating itself . A lot of us adults are undiagnosed individuals with these disorders. Meditating, exercising, journaling, planning your day with a visual planner. To be aware of this and getting external help as and when needed should help.

I m a doctor , so I have atleast 6-7 hours duty daily and 7 month old baby jiski feeding m 5 hour lgte h din k and even night on call bhi jana hota hospital kbhi kbhi to , and room organise krna loundry bhi krni hoti h , even baby k kpde to rat ko b machine lagne pdte h and mujhe study bhi krni hoti h , yakin mano m kuch b kam pending nhi rhne deti same halat meri h ek-ek min bhi use krti ki is ek min m washroom ho ati hu😂 aap to fir bhi apka khudka kam h jldi late kbhi b kar skti h din m , mujhe time se hospital Jana hota h daily even karwachoth, diwali aise din bhi

This is same happened with me nowadays but I am in my motherhood sometimes raat ko soney jaao toh b next day k kaam dimag m aatey hai..and mid night uthti hu baby k karan so kuch dikh Jaye toh yaad aajata hai yea karna hai woh karna hai kaam 2 mint m free nahi bethti.. don't know why is this happening but shayed sub hormone ka hai
Kam jaldi finish krne me koi problem nhi hai..but one should give time to every aspects of life like if u add spirituality and religion then u will get meaning of life..its suggestion only 🌹

This is called OCD but OCD is not what social media showing us ... This much deeper than what we know .. i have faced same thing dear even mai 10 12 ghanta sone k baad v mujhe lagta tha mai tired hu ... Sarir me jan nehi hai ... Even sote huye mai sapna dekti rahiti thi jo yaad v raheta tha nind se uth ne k baad lagta tha mai soi nei thi mai to jagi ti ... I have taken medicines for 3 -4 month ,, i do meditation everyday mediation matlam jor jor se om namha shivaye bolti hu 15 mint ... Mene psychiatrist v dikhaya tha she said to me k app jab v koi kam karo pura focus usme do ... Like ap agar pani bhar rahe ho to use dekho kaise dire dire wo bhaar raha hai .. now i am ok i have stopped taking medicines but abhibi kabhi kabhi mai restless ho jati hu so nehi pati but i try to talk to my mind k sab thik hai ,, now i can rest e sab and fir thik thak chalta hai ... Mai to asi condition me chali gai ti ki mere husband jab chill kar raha hota hai .. kuch kam pending hai i started fighting with him ... I mean its normal to fight but mai jo kar rahi thi wo mujhe khud ko lag raha tha jayada hai cz mai rone bhi lag jati thi bina baat k
