Palkia in combat has a dragon tail but in the description on the left it says that he has dragon breath

It has both I definitely prefer Dragon breath much more efficient overall being a lesser turn move I'd say it gives it the energy to generating energy for charged attacks even if dragon tail generates .3 energy more being a lesser turn move means you get more out faster and I think you end up generating more energy in the long run with dragon breath over dragon tail because of this, if I am not mistaken
imagine playing gbl late at night and you just get absolutely flash banged by your opponents fast moves lol

Speaking of Giratina, I enjoy using my 2498 CP Giratina-Origin in the Ultra League. It may not be as bulky as Altered, but it hits hard thanks to Shadow Ball. And speaking of Ultra League, my Cresselia with 2488 CP has Future Sight and Moonblast as Charged Moves. One time, someone tried to catch what they thought was a Grass Knot onto Venusaur, only to get hit with Future Sight!

I love the animation for geomancy. It’s too bad that Geomancy isn’t Xerneas’ elite TM move pool yet. Going to either wait until the 16th or get some raid invites from people in Osaka/London that are on my friends' list.

expect a huge spike in steel types and fire types in the OML then (i wish i could say poison types but the only poison type viable in this tier is Nihilego which gets absolutely obliterated by Landorus-es or Excadrills)

So excited for geomancy i’ve got a 96% shiny that i’ve been using in master league for awhile now and it already destroys. Im going to grind xl candys when it comes back in raids i need like 160 more to get level 50.
They are really stepping it up with these attack animations. I was surprised to see how good liquidation animation was but now thats nothing compared to this

After watching this video I need clarifications regaarding the IVs for the ML, i am preoccupied with the rule of thumb that the ideal IV should be 100%/15/15/15. is it good enough to use 98%/15/15/14 or 15/14/15?
Man if I thought I had issues with counting moves before...That Geomancy animation is gonna mess with me and my already trash focus issues so much. 🤣
do you think 85-90iv+ is okay for Xerneas? I know obviously you'd want 100iv where possible, but do you think it would perform well enough?
I'd hold out for a 15 attack, 96+ iv for sending it to level 50!
Is Xerneas gonna be useful for raids with geomancy or only ML?
Fairy isn't typically a good PvE type (since anything you'd want to hit has better counters- ie: vs dragons, just use shadow ice/dragon types), but if you have a level 50 Xerneas for master league, it's not horrible for raids at all. I believe it does similar damage to a ~L45 shadow gardevoir?
Is this learnable with the regular charge Tm? Or Elite charge tms?

Fought one of them in the ultra leauge melmetal took it down ive never been more scared of a pokemon in the ultra leauge also xerneas might be useful as a raid attacker for things like guzzlord mega salamence and hydreigon now

I have a 15, 10, 14 shiny Xerneas from the last time it was in raids, back when its shiny first debuted. Based on the pvp site the performance is similar to the hundo in Master league, worth the max out?

Somebody please help me out here. I have a Xerneas who had Geomancy by default. But I used the fast tm on it ny mistake. It changed to Tackle and now I don't have any more TMs. Will I get back Geomancy?
So since Xerneas now has access to Geomancy, does this mean Dialga is going to be dropping lower on the rankings?
Double Fairy, Double Close Combat, Dialga only has Iron Head which is slower than Close Combat and also since the Fairy types are Anti-Steel as well this just honestly makes the ML more to be feared by Zacian/Xerneas. This does mean more Ho-Oh will be around but if Zacian is running Wild Charge then it may have some good answers but really depends on the third pokemon.
Poison Types do not exist in the ML nor are the moves at all except just spicy picks like Darkrai with Sludge Bomb or Nihilego but very underrated so this just leaves Steel Types as the only real answer to these two with Melmetal and DoubleIronBash maybe?
Overall this update to Xerneas really just made it so amazingly strong, it breaks so much team comps with its moveset hitting so many things for Neutral or Super and can't wait to see how the ML will turn out to be. Now to wait for Yveltal and see how it performs with Oblivion Wing in action, probably not the best but new moves are always welcoming.
Nihilego checks Ho oH or Lugia as well, could be a cool pick
