Thanks for your comment.
The driver/controller does produce heat. If you have a thermometer and access to the driver, get the thermal reading. If it is below 80-90 degrees, it is ok to put it in the assembly.
I think the driver is made up of plastic, if the cover is not getting melted it won't harm the headlight's assembly.
In my opinion halogen produce way more heat.
Get the thermal readings, it will put a full stop to all if and buts.

Hello sir. Aapke me do bulb hoga ek high beam ka aur ek low beam. Dono me se jisme aapko led lagani hai, wo same led le kar laga sakte hain. Agar ek hi headlamp hai to H4 lagega. H19 aur H4 same hi hai.
For my Ertiga High beam I ordered osram50w 4200k hb3. But it's blasters/driver getting very hot. Is it normal?.
Please share your observations.

I'm confused for osram 50w warm white or cool white which better?
4200k or 6000k ?
6000k ya cool white dekhne me achha ( visibility nahi car ka look) hai but baarish aur fog me visibility achhi nahi rehti hai. 4200k ya warm white close to halogen jaisa color produce karta hai (halogen 3500k) to visibility me utna fark nahi padta. Aap usi according choose kariye.

Yes, you can install it. Make sure to secure its driver in some corner or a place where it doesn't move or shake while driving.
Keep cleaning it's fan once in a while because in Alto there is no dust cap to protect it.

Ye 50 Watts hai, iske liye kisi wiring ya relay ki zarurat nahi hai. Directly plug karna hai.

After watching your video. I ordered 50W H11 4200k HB3 for My Ertiga High beam. But after running 10 minutes the driver/ blasters of the bulb are getting very hot. I can not hold them more then 5 seconds. Is it happening with you. Is it normal? Please share your observations.

Thanks for your comment. The driver should get hot. I didn't touch it but it should. I will check mine and let you know. But I did touch the heat sink/fan, it becomes hot making it intolerable to touch or hold for 2-3 seconds.
I have packed the driver and everything inside the headlight assembly, if I can get access to it easily without removing the headlight I will update you in the comment.

@@gauravpunyarthi1992 bhai wo hotspot ki reading hai, the brightest part of the beam. LUX app use kiya hai, phone pe. Aap apne headlights ki current reading se andaza laga lena brightness ka. 55/60 ka 5000 ke aas paas reading rehta hai.

It's good product, mainey aj he install Kiya i20 me , kam power consumption me good brightness and good build quality, earlier I have used few other leds all of them used to give blurr vision . Osram launched this and came as a saviour ! 😊 Happy with product.

Ye 25W he h .....the Watt written on box is combined of both LED bulbs....so 25+25 is 50W....

Thanks for your comment. Ye 50Watts each hai. The one you are talking about is 25watt each. You can match the box and led’s shape. Both are different.
