You wake early the next morning.
Feeling a bit more energized you lock up the house and drop the key under the front mat. You wave to your neighbor Mira and avoid the grim expression she tried to hide. Today is the beginning...
You walk to the town's square, a large cemetery sitting in the large patch of a blank field. The small coverage of trees was odd as you walk up to the rusty gates, blotches of black were amongst the branches. The silence was deafening, you swore you could hear your heart pumping in your ears, until a sudden cry sets off a gaggle of calls.
Masses of ravens move from their perches closer to your motionless form, their cries grow in number until they are deafening you. A Murder has formed and you stood in the middle of their invasive circling.
A voice calls from above the branches and all that follows is sudden silence.
This is for sure a bad omen, isn't it?

Not only did I play around with sound effects more, (sorry ^^, gotta learn somehow~)
I actually improvised most of this script. I've NEVER felt natural of calm improving and I'm really proud of this. I really feel like I'm slowly improving and this is a test to that.
It may not be my best, or the most well-liked. But this, to me, is a very important piece.

I kinda want to see(or I guess hear) one of these where the "Listener" isn't entirely powerless. The closest comparison that I can think of would be like a D&D or other similar tabletop roleplayer game encounter where the character is just on a path to or from a job. Would just be interesting to see how a portrayed character would act/react when threats are made empty.
I'm not saying powerful to a point of Thanos snapping anyone out of existence, just that a battle would end in a death, stalemate, or not even be worth the hastle.
This is too spooky for me T_T

Playing Stellaris while listening to this, and at about 7:28 while highly distracted by this Raven, staring wide eyed at my second screen, i hear my adviser in Stellaris say, "War has been declared" and it really didn't help the feeling I was currently having.
if she strongly refuses why did she give us advice? like don't hesitate, there is a future where we live and to be careful of some of the people in town?

Disappointed in the listener-proxy's lack of thought in trying to push a messenger of Fate. Should have skipped the sharp tone and gone straight to asking RESPECTFULLY what other information the Raven may bring.

Not to nitpick, but those are most definitely crows and not ravens at the beginning. They sound quite different if you know what they sound like.

That is true. I have heard the sounds from both birds and you can hear the difference quite easily.
Crows say "kaw", while a raven's call sounds more like "rok".

Well, I'm boned. Success rate has dropped down to 13%, decreasing at a rapid rate to the proximity of tombstones. By the time the crypt is revealed it'll be around 2%. If a Boomstick was equipped success overall would be maybe 25% max.
