In case you haven't figured it out yet, IN is for inch - mine is in centimeters so it says CM :)

Hi i have one the plastic comes out from the bottom it lifts up

Thank you so much for sharing!! I just tried it and was able to oull out the plastic arm. The construction doesn't make much sense to me, though, as it isn't easy or convenient.
