Fleur works with materials that literally come out of the ground. The odd smudge is to be expected, it comes with the territory. Also, I don't recall a disclosure at any point in the tutorial suggesting that she was attempting to turn you on ... so .... I kinda feel like she'll sleep easy enough in the knowledge that she hasn't... (!)
Working with metal does tend to give one grubby fingers. This content is provided free of charge so I don't believe the fact that Fleur has hands which have worked hard to create this content really impacts the sheer value of the teaching. Which is, again, free.
