Thank you so much!! I could kiss you right now!! 😉 I'm doing this in a #10 metallic. The only issue I was having originally is that it just seemed to keep getting "spun around" (the actual thread) so I would let go and let it unspin. Then I got to the last round. For the life of me I could not understand the directions, put it through this loop and that strand and whatnot. Googling triple picot didn't do anything to help because it was a very simple version. Finally, I googled the full name of the pattern and up came your video. I just knew you would get it through my thick skull! 😆 You simplified the directions and using the thicker yarn I could see exactly what you were talking about. I finally got it completed. It may not be perfect but I'm proud of myself for completing it and I'm going to make a few more. Thank you again!
I like the idea of passing them on. People seem to really treasure handmade ornaments. That big size from using larger hook and yarn would be pretty underneath a clear glass serving platter. Thanks Michael.

Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. I made some with linen thread and I'm very happy with the result!
You are so welcome!

You're welcome.
I think I'm going to try out some in an older Lion Jamie yarn I have in a sparkly white :)
Are we always suppose to go through two loops when making the little circle? I’ve only been going through one.
