Deep in the far reaches of space orbiting the distant star Antares and sitting neatly in its gravity well and obeying a slow orbit a large space station too big for the system it resided in sat and operated. A closer look revealed that this station did not have traditional external docking ports but rather the entire sphere was littered with Bays that ships could pull in and out of. These bays were enclosed with integrity fields to keep the atmosphere in and ion dust and other hyperspace particles out.

Sounds about right for all the service advisors I worked with. Customer gets whacked with an hour diag time right off the bat then gets a diatribe listing of job book times from 4/10 to 2 hours sloppily written out on the back R/O by greasy hands. As bad as that service advisor wants to sell those jobs he works even harder to make sure he gets the hell out on time.

Mechanic told me he has never had to pull my Tacoma engine or transmission as long as I do not try pulling more than 2000 lbs. with my 4 cyl engine. I said I don't care what the manual says I'm not pulling more than 1500 lbs. on a bumper hitch anyway if I want to keep my bumper straight.
