Hi! Which region in Greece speaks the dialect similar to the Galliciano one? My Boss told me he's from a city called Kanosi or something. And he also says Outhe for Oxi.
I just saw your message. To make sure, I would try contacting someone through one of the Facebook pages connected to the town, such as Associazione Culturale "Gallicianò Centro Studi Grecofono" or Gallicianò.

Can we find Mr Mimo at the village anytime we visit or we shall find a way to contact him. Do you know any way to get in touch with him?

Grecanic is a Hellenic language. This language will die because ethnic Grecanic people no longer speak with this language.
It is sad that fewer and fewer people speak this language. Only about 40 people live in this village now.
