The reference in Philippians of Jesus humbling himself even to death on the cross always gets to me because he gave up so much for the Father and us. Great introduction, David. Thank you, Brother!!!

True God's timing is perfect and patient. Wonderful grace, mercy, and love. Our restlessness as Darryl says is not necessarily His urgency.

Amen, we remain submissive and a good reminder that (many fruits a day - keeps the demons away, lol) how the fruit of the spirit is a good highway marker/grocery list to check and see if we are aligned to Him, or aligned to our own wills for the day.

Amen - the good news of the gospel - true repentance, recognizing the mighty awe + wonder of God Himself. Great intro of Mark (and yes Paul's initial hard feelings - we are forgiven, not perfect) Paul must have been a man of such high standard and excellence, it was hard for him not to hold all else to the world he understood to be normal - a harshness until God softened his heart along the way unto death.
