Only just got my first tank in 10 years only a 60 litre tank as i live in hong kong and im gonna be moving next year so i didnt want a big one, this channel as single handly got my knowledge back up too scratch, i now have a fluval 107, a chirios doser, co2,etc and it works wonders, my betta is happy

I have a wavemaker with my Discus, but I keep it on low flow. During only 1 hour of the day it kicks on high flow to kick up all the detritus, then it goes back to low flow.

Love this idea! Wish I lived in the US lol! I need some advice from the boss man. I have a 125 gallon with an FX6 with an Oscar, Jack Dempsey, Severum, Green Terror, Nicaraguan, Firemouth, 4 Silver Dollars, Bristlenose Pleco ( all little guys 3” and under) I’m trying decide to either let them grow out in that tank and leave them there, or get either another 125 or 180 gallon and split them up since the Dempsey does not seem to like the GT at all lol. I’m worried the 180 might be a little tight getting into my basement if I get it it’s not returnable but is an entire set up. I’m torn and can’t decide lol if anyone has an opinion I’d love to hear it. Keep up the good work Kaveman 👊
They could all do fine together but if the Dempsey and GT are already going at it it’ll only get worse as they grow. Upgrading to 180 will help but still doesn’t guarantee, every fish is different. At the end of the day if it still doesn’t work you’ll just have to decide who to rehome.
I have been tank searching for ever. I can't seem to find anything reasonable. I entered but I don't expect to win. I have been trying to do a aquatic bridge for my tanks one tank being fully planted the other will be more open with kissing gouramis, some mollies, Galaxy rasboras, scarlet badis, and bristol nose plecos.

can you have wavemaker and discus?
I have a wavemaker with my Discus, but I keep it on low flow. During only 1 hour of the day it kicks on high flow to kick up all the detritus, then it goes back to low flow.
