Why do you want to procc a eclipse before using celestial? Doesnt celestial already procc the 2 eclipses anyway? Would you do this as well in a AoE scenario? 1st lunar procc and celestial full AoE?

The talent Solstice will make it so you deal abit more dmg while dotting before using Celestial Alignment. Thats pretty much it

Yup. With the talent Orbital Strike Celestial Alignment also has a 2 min cd. Just make sure you dump Astral Power before Convoking
