Wow! My only critique is that towards the middle, it felt like you were trying to do a little too much what with the double chords (I don't know piano well, but that's what I think it was). But otherwise, this was a beautiful cover. And you PLAYED THE KEY CHANGE, something not many people do when covering this song! I was so happy! :D
