Before I heard or saw the movies 1&2 I didn’t know what they did or looked like or anything about them investigating other haunted places and situations the Ed & Lorraine I saw in the Conjuring 1 that’s who I thought they were. That couple in the movie. They played Ed & Lorraine so well I kept thinking, they were them. Koodos to them great job guys. As time went on I got to know alittle more about the couple I said to myself it really didn’t matter. Any more. I checked out a lot of stories, ideas, pictures, photos a lot of stuff, I finally got to see the family in London I finally knew who was who, I understood what was up. Haven’t seen number 3 yet. This little story is for ED & LORRAINE WARREN, YOU BOTH WERE DEFINATELY THE BEST GHOST HUNTERS EVER. AND STILL, WILL ALWAYS BE. YOU BOTH LOVED EACH OTHER TO THE MOON & BACK. I think this is the best horror movie I have seen in a long while. They just can't make good ghost/demon movies anymore but this movie was fantastic! I enjoyed every second of it! :D

John Carpenter and James Wan are by far my favorite in this genre. Its so much more than jump scares. They have an ability to capture a mood and create an amazing environment. They're just masters at telling a story.
I think many people don't want to believe that ghosts or inhuman spirits exist because then they have to face it. They have to acknowledge the fact that they are real evil things out there that want to hurt us. I think this is why these stories are so scary. It's that thought of whether or not you believe in it. I don't think i could ever do this nor keep any items like the ones she has.
No it's just that there is no modern or old real, proof that proves it. It's always just videos of growling. None of the levitation and shit that is so infamous.

This is the best horror to watch in my opinion because, all those other movies about ghost look so fake and stuff. In this movie they did a great job. AMAZING makeup too. They made it seem so real.
James Wan did a great job with this film and I just met Lorraine and Tony Spera a week and a half ago and they announced the second Conjuring film that's coming out June 2016!
As someone who currently lives in a century-old haunted home where things constantly move about, foreign currency coins appear from nowhere and a long list of oddities that have happened in the past 12 years - aspects of The Conjuring hit close to home. But our activity is rather benevolent...not scary or malicious in nature. I enjoyed the movie - reminiscent of both The Exorcist and Amityville Horror.
I love how both James Wan abd the interviewer were such gentlemen to miss Lorraine. I watched an old clip on here this week of the family who lived thru the haunting in Connecticut ordeal telling their story on the old Sally Jesse Raphael talk show and Ed and Lorraine came as well to back up their accounts of the story, and the audience ect. treated the family terribly and made fun and even shamed the women and mocked them who claimed to have been raped sexually by these demonic spirits. These ppl acted disgusting. Just bc you're a skeptic, doesn't mean you have to be rude, disrespectful, and make an ass of yourself. These men treated Lorraine like the wonderful lady she is. So refreshing to see guys!🤗
The ending of this movie drove me up the wall. The witch tapped out when Ed says: "I damn you back to hell" then everything was hunky dory? In my eyes, what made the ring so scary is because it was a happy ending, and then they flipped the script on us and the next thing you know Samara is climbing out of the TV. Still...best horror flick I've seen in some time.
Her body may be gone but Lorraine lives on. Endlessly fascinating and energetic about what she's learned by experience, and I can't find anyone who fills the place where she was.
There'a something about her aura that's just creepy. She looks like a nice, endearing grandma on plain sight but it feels heavy hearing her speak. Like, I can't even let her finish. Gives me chills. 😨

One night a Couple years ago..Something pulled in my leg and make a horrifying noise..5 minute after go to bed..Scared the shit of me..couldnt sleep at home for weeks..Still afraid it's coming back.
It was a similar style of film to The Exorcist and the original Amityville Horror, 70's classics. It was good to see a modern film keeping to the classic style of horror and also keeping the authenticity of the story.
I think because she has Seen or something experienced very dangerous around that doll.... as she has ability to see spirits and surely she has seen the demon but not telling as you can see she is fearing of even talking her name.
I think Mrs. Lorrain Warren is not yet exited this world, she is Right there Taking care of all things and keeping the world away from danger in spiritual form, Hats off to Warrens !

So true, but was really is creepy is that when there are people who have been through that kind of experience on set to make sure that the "presence" of un welcomed guests loom over. Its true sh*t. Even the sequels to The Excorcism my mom had said that she remembered stories of people who filmed or acted were getting into unexplained accidents and funny things happened during the entire filming process. Mom said this " never film anything that has anything to do with the no good. Its asking to get it."

I think because she has Seen or something experienced very dangerous around that doll.... as she has ability to see spirits and surely she has seen the demon but not telling as you can see she is fearing of even talking her name.
Just came home from watching the conjuring. Honestly, so good. Gotta be the best horror movie of our times. I recommend it to those who havnt seen it.

So true, but was really is creepy is that when there are people who have been through that kind of experience on set to make sure that the "presence" of un welcomed guests loom over. Its true sh*t. Even the sequels to The Excorcism my mom had said that she remembered stories of people who filmed or acted were getting into unexplained accidents and funny things happened during the entire filming process. Mom said this " never film anything that has anything to do with the no good. Its asking to get it."
i watch this film alone last night in bed i didn't know anything about the film or how scary it was but i did start regretting being alone a few minuets into the film..... was awesome :)

It’s always the people who never met Ed and Lorraine that call them frauds. Then when people meet them they always say they were lovely genuine people who just wanted to help them. Just goes to show really.💯
