"I think you can have it all" says the unmarried childless 30yr old woman who doesn't have it all
AND YOU COULD HAVE IT ALLLL
@@animalmother5689you can have it all.. my all is not the same as the next woman’s all.. all is not having every single thing.. Having it all is whatever is fulfilling to you…
@@fiestygoddess9504 No, you can't. Not even by a long shot.
@@fiestygoddess9504 So, for fun, describe what "having it all" means to you. Tell us how old are you now, and when you hope to have reached those goals by.
My guess is that if it is anything achievable, you probably have cut down that list significantly through the years, to the point that it resembles a huge cope and rationalisation more than anything. If it's even concrete enough to differentiate any two wildly different objectives outcomes at all.
@@insoninenine8749 having it all is an individual thing… having it all is about self fulfillment..it is what ever life you want for self… my “all” is living a happy, healthy, simple free life and helping others..I know when women say they can have it “all” it triggers men.. there is no two women alike where there “all” is the same.. we each have our own individual lives that are not always based on societal norms, some of it is based on internal goals, talents, creativity, aspirations that we desire for self… y’all where lied to by patriarchy, when y’all were told that a women’s highest achievement is to become a wife and mother.. for some yes, due to the programming patriarchy and religion but for the most part women are now realizing that there is more to life than just that..
Casual sex is destroying society.
The lack of social standards around relationships, dignity and commitment are also destroying society. People have no decency anymore.

Funny how she has degrees and still is an idiot, if u haven't go watch the full show and you'll see. There are many educated idiots who are women and they flaunt it around like it means something.
The traditional idea of having it all is being a wife, mother and career woman plus have time for her friends, taking vacations and living a top 10% lifestyle. To have all that means someone and/or something does not get what he needs. Having it all is a fantasy where no one wins and everybody loses.

@@MrPluckieThats right we are never going back to the old days and feminism will last forever, maybe if something really big like a 3rd WW happend maybe we can reverse a little bit but not like the old tradicional days
@AC_241& @MrPluckie
I disagree, the feminists and gays for that matter are unable to out-reproduce traditional family & faith, eventually there will be far more religious/ family oriented people than aging girl boss’. Once this fad runs its course and the gays & girl bosses are all old no one young will listen to them.. the traditional family particularly for white couples will be the ultimate rebellion against obviously sick & demented revolutionaries from these times. It’s already starting to become a hero move to have a traditional wife & kids, people really want it but the state programming has a lot of control over certain age (35-50 yo) women. You can be a working women and a mother equally at the same time. My mom cooks for my family and so does my dad. My mom cleans and my dad cleans as well. Both of my parents are equal in their marriage. Raising the kids is done by each parent equally. This is what creates a strong bond with each parent as they begin to enjoy the company, help, and bond they have with each other raising a family. That’s what marriage is. Kids aren’t going to be kids forever some kids don’t need there parents 24/7 if you’re a good parent you should encourage independents from the age of 10, by independents I don’t mean you should trust them to cook or get on a train or bus alone but from the age of 13 and the school is close you should trust your kid to be independent, if theirs a after school there’s a after school club yes start by taking them of course if it’s out of town take them but if they can get there alone trust them to do that and by the age of 15 trust them with basic cooking. It’s a parents job to prepare their kids for adult life, if you’re a good parent you should want your kids to learn to be independent from a young age and again that’s not cooking at 10 or riding subway at 10.
''You can have it all''. Big lie !
I am 32, married and have 3 kids.
I am not american so in my country college is free, no debt or payment.
I went to College, I met my husband there, married at 21, got my degree, and I have been working till I was 27 as a music teacher.
My and my husband didnt have money as we are both musicians so we had to both work.
Also with no kids, I dont think its fair that just one person works.
Now I left my job to take care of my kids.
I plan to homeschool my kids till they are 7.
In some year when my kids go to school and are 7, I will work again, because when your kids are older its good for them too to share life with others kids, learn to read etc.
What I mean is, you can't do both things at once, work and be a mother when your kids are little. That is absolutely true.
But you can definitely have a degree and study, and simply stop working when you have kids, or simply put your kids first and your job as a secondary thing.
Maybe... 80 per cent of my friends met their spouse in College , as well as my own parents..
I dont see how it stops you from having a family
@@YFL.111 Ok, but you have had to sacrifice what like 11 years at least, the issue is that those are 11 years that you could not put into futhering a career, in 99% of the world where a degree isnt free, it makes no fiscale sense to acrue that much debt (not that it ever is for the majority of degrees and an even greater majority of the degrees womne choose) for 6 years of work and then try to get back into the job market after a decade plus without any experience. Not to mention the ever increasing difficulty one will face, and the risks to the baby of having kids at an older age. The issue is that these women will focus on their work and say 'Ill have a family when im older or when im ready or whatever and they wait until 30 or 40 to start having children, and in these instances no these women cannot have it all.
@@jaga887 to me it have not been a sacrifice I dont see it like that.
I agree with what you said you cannot have a very very successful high paying career and also have kids.
But that is what I was saying.
It doesnt have to be one extreme or the other.
You dont have to be either a CEO, or a woman who never had any other thing than kids.
You can have family as a priority and still study something , and do some job not as a your life priority but as a thing you do on the side.
Also a degree is free in way more than the 1 per cent of the world , in almost all Europe is free, and in many countries in southamerica like Argentina is free too.
The huge debts you have in America just to study something doesnt happen in most other countries.
If you have kids at 25, you have 7 years from 18 to 25 where you could learn something or develop other things as a human being, and that would not make you a bad mother or make you have kids that are sick.
Also sorry, but having kids at 30 is not too late or supose any danger for your kids.
I actually never even met a mother younger than 30 other than myself... If that was true, my country would have no population😅 Millennials and Gen Z would not exist as nobody has parents who had them in their 20s.
You cannot have both things as a priority in life.
That doesnt mean you have to not leave the house ever for your whole adult life.
I doubt Ben Shapiro's wife is a bad mother, and she is a doctor.
Probably her profession is not her priority , but still a woman can develop some things in her life.and also have kids.
Its crazy to thing that from 18 to 40, you should be closed home otherwise you are not a good mother.
I struggle to understand the levels of extremism you have in the US and why you cannot see normal middle points and nuances, instead of very radical extremes which doesn't fit with most people's actual reality
And again, I don't even know how would I have met my husband if I didn't study.
Its not even about studying or not, but you have to have something going on in your life as a person,
otherwise you may put a heavy weight on others to fullfill your life completely , and that is not very healthy, to have no interests and nothing going on in your life at all.
And that has nothing to do with not prioritizing your family.
I am the first one who advocates for women to stay home when they have kids.
But to say they cant even study something or do something in this world when the kids grow up?
I have to believe there must be other motivations behind those ideas, motivations which sadly may have nothing to do with wishing the best for kids or promoting good family life
Very strange this didn’t get very many views
The guy in the black t shirt is very very good with his words, I know him from whatever and fresh n fit podcast and he delivers his points very effectively
Doesnt this man know that when you kids are little that is maybe... 7 years of your life, 10 or 15 if you have more than one kids.
What do you do with all the other decades when your kids are older and go to school in their teens, or before having kids ( which would be 10 years at least if you have kids at 30 or 28, the average age)
What do you do with all those decades? Or when you kids go from home at 20 , what do you do then?
You can very well have studies and a job which is not a corporate job or a demanding thing but just something you studied or you are good at.
He's said before that if anything it makes sense to have children in your 20s and thirties and then a job, and not the other way around, although he is opposed to both ultimately
FUENTES2036
3:27 when? when you are 40? or 50? or even 60? is that when you want to start a family?
What most of these woman don't understand.. Yes, you can "have it all" but once you hold that little baby, that becomes your world. You will not want to trust anyone else with your baby because you know you are the best for that little one.. and you want them to have the best. That is where your outlook will change..

Maybe... 80 per cent of my friends met their spouse in College , as well as my own parents..
I dont see how it stops you from having a family
I perfectly understand this feeling that is why I dont work while my kids are little.
But once your kid is 7 or 10 years old, your kid can't be ( for their own mental health) 24/7 with you.
Specially in their teens if a kid is not able to do stuff without their mother, its gonna be very bad for their mental health.
When your kid is 13, he will need to play sports, have social interactions , etc.
What would you do then? Follow him around?
You cannot have a corporate job as a mother, something which requires to be the center of your life and something you cannot take a 10 years break from.
But if you have a smaller job, you can absolutely study.
As a european, I studied for free , and I met my husband there.
I am a musician and I play harp, I used it for my kids to fall asleep!
Sometimes you can study something and those skills can help you be a better mother too, by for example learning patience or discipline within yourself.
Its very suffocating for a teenager to feel their mother had nothing going on in their life. They need support but they also need to know they dont carry at such young age the huge responsibility to cover your fulfillment in life.
There are so many decades in your life when your kid is not a baby.
What do you do them?
I do not believe in daycare or kindergartens.
I believe its incredibly damaging for a kid to be left at a center.
A kid should be with their mother, otherwise they will be wounded emotionally.
I am not bringing my kids to day care and they wont go to school till they are 7.
In Europe its not easy to not bring your kid to school till 7 but still I think younger than 7 is too little to be left on a school.
A women should never work when their kids are little, I agree with it and that is super important.
But there are so many years in the life of a women , when her kids are not kids!
I think people is forgetting that
If I’m completely honest, not everyone should be a parent, also not everyone wants to be a parent and not every woman is maternal
@@inesarif8497 Yeah, that's the problem with Michele's comment.
It's under the assumption that maternal instinct is so ingrained in a woman that once she has a baby, no matter the circumstances, she is guaranteed to hold so much love and attachment to them that she won't be able to resist the urge to give up her life for them.
Almost like she's implying that all women are meant to be mothers and, once they have children, whatever wants they may have for their own lives become meaningless.
