- It can happen that the Apple Watch you use simply gets stuck on the charging screen or even on the power reserve mode As people call it, the green or red snake pops up on the screen leaving you wonder what to do about it.

Even though it was basic I am happy you covered it because I didn’t know that’s what the new power reserve screen looks like and right when you said it the Apple logo popped up on my Apple Watch

Instead of plugging it into a laptop and doing the hard reset, can you plug it into the wall socket and do the same thing?

I just buy series 7 nike 45mm about 3 hour ago. Unboxing..and it happen. That red and green snake. I dont even see the clock yet..and dont even pair with phone. It wont turn on. Almost 2hour charging and nothing happen. What should i do?

How to exit power saving mode?it only shows a red bolt and the time. I cannot charge it to a agreen bolt.
You need to just turn on the Apple Watch by holding down on the power button. Or charge it if it doesn't work.

I found out it was my cord.. once i plugged it into the original cord it started charging immediately

Use original cable
Connect to Windows PC or Laptop till connected
And wait till apple logo show, and setup

I just purchased my watch few weeks ago and left my watch 100% charged last night. This morning, this happened. It was fully charged last night 😮
That's what happened with me. Left my watch 6 on charging whole night and next morning saw this green snake of death. The watch was quite hot.
Plugged with MacBook and for a couple of minutes and automatically turned on the apple logo

I don't think you should buy a watch in this state. Besides the charging, you can't even test out the basic functionality.
@@foxtecc yes I bought it...the issue was only low battery... that's y it was in snake of death state...i checked the manufacturing date of the watch from some website and it was 21 months old....means it was one of the first stock of series 6 watch that's y it was out of charge....now I have bought it and its working perfectly...
It was sealed pack box...when I opened it it was in snake of death state due to low charge.... but now its working perfectly ... it just needed initial charging...
Brand new out the box with this issue lol
You should bring the Apple Watch back to the Apple Store.
Same here! Brought it right back to Costco and exchanged for a new one. Annoying I had to waste time and gas money driving back and forth

I just bought my apple watch on ebay from openbox seller and i thought it was good because all the reviews looked good and legit and my series 6 was on for a while on 20% but then it wouldn’t charge and couldn’t keep it charging like it would charge but lose battery and i was like thats weird. So i buy a new charger like the apple usb c one and it still wont turn on and its stuck on the charging screen. Does anyone know how to help?

I tried all that and nothing. I literally got the charger cable and put it on a portable charger pack and boom the watch somehow started up and actually charged. Try it out if you have a battery pack.

thank you! i havent charged it for days and the green snake of death appeared when i decided to charge it.. I didnt know what it is then I tried pressing the two buttons at the side at the same time while charging and the logo appeared. i was scared for a minute there 😩😩😩
