Not convinced completely. A person takes loan either on the basis of confidence on his product sale or on the basis of possibility of extension of business. There are many ways to tackle this issue for sure. For other openings, CA demands lot of money, that too without bill and transparent transaction. Now once you start such transaction, you have to show this amount somewhere. How can anyone do that? This is just one example. There are many people coming in between. Lot of unrecorded financial matters arise in other options. So OPC is advantageous. So, people with OPC need not worry about these disadvantages. And when it comes to loan, alternate ways are there. There are the startup environments created to tackle this issue. Once there is a gain through start up environments, OPC can be converted into other companies.
